2, operating conditions

4, before the transformer power transmission inspection

Before the transformer is sent to the power supply for trial operation, it can be put into operation before it is confirmed that it meets the test operation conditions. Before the transformer is tested, it must be inspected by the quality supervision department. 5, transformer power transmission test operation acceptance

Power transmission test run: When the pressure device is put into operation for the first time, the full pressure shock can be closed. When the impact is closed, it can be input from the high pressure side. After the transformer is first charged, the duration should not be less than 10 minutes, no abnormal situation. The transformer should be subjected to 3~5 full-voltage shock closing, and there is no abnormal situation. The magnetizing inrush current should not cause the protection device to malfunction. The transformer test operation should pay attention to the inrush current, no-load current, primary and secondary voltage, and temperature. And make a detailed record. The transformer runs for 24 hours under no load and can be put into load operation without abnormal conditions. Acceptance: 1 When the transformer starts to be charged, there is no abnormal situation after 24H, and the acceptance procedure should be carried out. 2 The following materials and documents should be handed over at the time of acceptance: change of design certificate. Technical documents such as product manuals, test reports, certificates and installation drawings. Installation check and adjustment records.

6, quality standards

The test adjustment and body inspection results of the power transformer skeleton and its accessories must comply with the construction specifications. Defects such as crack damage and enamel damage are strictly prohibited on the surface of high and low pressure porcelain parts. The installation position of the transformer should be accurate, the surface of the body should be clean and clean, and the paint should be complete. The connection between the transformer and the line shall comply with the following requirements: 1 The connection is tight, the locking device of the connecting bolt is complete, and the porcelain casing is not subjected to external force. 2 The zero line is connected to the line segment of the grounding device and is firmly fixed. 3 The connecting wires between the accessories of the body have a protective tube, the protective tube and the junction box are firmly fixed, and the cover is complete. 4 The busbar and its support, the wire protection tube and the zero line leading to the transformer should be easy to disassemble and will not hinder the movement during the pressure change inspection. The bolt threads for each connection leak out the nuts 2~3, the protection tube has the same color, and the bracket is fully protected. 5 Transformers and their accessories and other non-charged metal parts should be grounded and meet the relevant requirements.

7, security protection

The transformer door should be added in a trivial manner, and no personnel are allowed to enter without the permission of the installation unit. For the transformer high and low pressure purple casing and epoxy resin castings in place, anti-cracking and anti-collision measures shall be taken. The transformer body should be kept clean and the painted surface should be damaged. After the dry transformer is in place, protective measures should be taken to prevent the iron piece from falling into the coil. When working above the transformer, the operator must not step on the transformer and bring the tool belt to prevent the tool material from falling into the damaged or damaged transformer.
